We are proud to introduce our Keynote Speaker Jim Cohen from Consolidated Graphics!

A Consolidation Strategy that Works

Jim has served as Executive Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions of Consolidated Graphics since 2005. Consolidated Graphics, Inc. (NYSE: CGX) is the leading sheet fed, web and digital printing company in the United States, with 70 locations including in Canada, central Europe and Asia.  During Mr. Cohen’s tenure with the company, Consolidated Graphics has grown significantly through acquisition.  In recognition of his contributions to the printing industry, Mr. Cohen was inducted into the National Association of Printing Leadership’s Soderstrom Society, the honorary society that recognizes outstanding contributions of service and leadership in printing. 

Prior to joining Consolidated Graphics, Jim worked in investment banking, law and private equity.  He started his career as a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley in New York and later practiced law with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York and London (focusing on mergers and acquisitions and private equity funds) and also with Baker Botts in Houston.  Jim’s business side experience also includes serving as Managing Director and member of the Investment Committee of Main Street Equity Ventures, a private equity fund focused on industry consolidations. 

Jim is an honors graduate of Princeton University and received his JD degree from NYU School of Law. Outside of work, Mr. Cohen is Chair of the Alumni Schools Committee for Princeton University (Houston Region) which is comprised of approximately 150 Princeton alumni who interview applicants to the University each year. Mr. Cohen is also a board member of the Electronic Document Scholarship Fund and a member of the board of the Episcopal HIgh School Dads Club. #amaaheat

  1. Next month my boss is organized our company product lunched party. This party should be on high scale and we arranging the best things for this. And we are planning one stage show and for that we have to hire one Colorado speaker. If anybody know any good Colorado speaker then please suggest us.
