Wafra Partners, LLC is a private equity firm that seeks to invest in and build successful companies with enterprise values between $20 million and $120 million.  We purchase control or significant minority positions in North American based companies with strong management, high-upside, discernable value and growth drivers.

Wafra Partners focuses on investing in traditional middle-market companies where we can work in partnership with management.  We target industries where we have relevant experience and have a particular interest in consumer-driven businesses and outsourced business services (including education services and healthcare services).

Investment Criteria:
Wafra Partners invests between $5 - $30 million in equity per transaction in consumer-driven and outsourced business service businesses with the following characteristics:
•       $20 - $120 MM of Revenue and Enterprise Value;
•       $4 - $12 MM of EBITDA;
•       Continuing core of senior management; and
•       Discernible and executable growth opportunities whether organic or through add-on acquisitions.
